If a delivery is refused we will deduct the shipping cost to and from your location from refund amount. If you have received a product that is not what you ordered please do not open a case, but contact us immediately and we will ​work quickly to correct the situation for you. Tires are an odd item to ship and generally will ship in multiple packages/bundles. If you do not receive all of your tires at once please do not worry or open a case. Occasionally the shipments get separated during the shipping process, they will usually arrive the next delivery day. If not please contact us and we will be happy to help you! We do not currently ship outside of the lower 48 states. Returns We accept returns up to 30 days after the purchase date. All tires must be brand new and never mounted. If we receive the tires and they are used we will not process the refund. Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping the tires back to our warehouse. To start a return please go to your order on eBay and select start a return. Your return will automatically accepted via eBay if it meets the correct return policies. DO NOT use the supplied USPS labels from eBay unless it is a small turf or trailer tire. Their systems unfortunately are not setup for items as big as tires and for multiple product returns. If these labels are used we can not guarantee that your products will arrive correctly, or that there will not be an extra charge for shipping once they arrive. A customer rep will contact you and process the payment for the return label if you choose to use our shipping price and labels.
